RESPONSIBLE GAMING
GENERAL
Playing at an online casino should be enjoyable. For most people it stays that way. For some, though, the line between entertainment and something more compulsive can shift without much warning.
A few things are worth being clear about from the start: gambling is not a reliable source of income, and using it to recover financial losses is a road that rarely ends well. Getting into the habit of tracking how much time and money you're putting in — daily, not just in hindsight — makes a real difference.
If the spending starts outpacing what you can reasonably afford, or if gambling is crowding out other parts of your life, Kingmaker Casino has tools in place to help. Personal Limits, Self-Exclusion, and a handful of respected external organisations are all available to players who need them.
PERSONAL LIMITS
Kingmaker Casino offers a Personal Limits feature that lets you set boundaries on your own account activity. You can restrict deposits, losses, wagers, session length, or your account overall. To get started, contact the support team.
Adjustments can be made at any time. Reducing a limit is immediate. Increasing one takes a bit longer: it requires confirmation and can only go into effect after the existing limit of the same type has run its course. That delay is intentional — it's there to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment from overriding limits you set with a clearer head. For questions or requests, contact the support team.
Deposit Limit Restricts how much you can deposit within a given day, week, or month.
Loss Limit Restricts how much you can lose within a given day, week, or month. One important detail: losses are measured against your initial deposit, not your total balance. Say you deposit €50, set a €10 loss limit, and then win €1,000 — the limit applies to that original €50, not to the winnings accumulated on top of it.
Wager Limit Puts a cap on the total amount wagered across a day, week, or month.
Cooling-Off Period A temporary suspension of deposit access. During this period, you're also excluded from promotional offers — though withdrawals of remaining funds remain available. The period activates immediately and your account returns to normal once it expires, without any action needed on your part.
Self-Exclusion Limit A stronger measure. Your account is disabled for the duration you choose, deposits and withdrawals are suspended, and all promotional activity is paused. Once the period ends, the account reactivates automatically.
Session Limit Controls how long you can play in a single session, anywhere from 6 to 1,000,000 minutes. The restriction applies the moment it's set. Hit the limit and you're logged out automatically.
SELF-EXCLUSION BY REQUEST
Players can also request exclusion directly by contacting the support team. Whether for a fixed period or indefinitely, the team will block account access and stop all promotional communications promptly.
If there's a remaining balance at the time of exclusion, it can't be withdrawn while the exclusion is active. Reach out to the support team to start that process — they'll follow up within a reasonable timeframe with instructions and assistance.
Note that self-exclusion doesn't remove any verification requirements the casino may need to satisfy before processing funds.
For indefinite exclusions, remaining balances are paid out according to casino limits. For fixed-term exclusions, funds can be accessed after the exclusion period ends, again in line with casino limits.
EXTERNAL HELP
Sometimes it helps to talk to someone outside the casino. The following organisations offer independent, confidential support at no cost:
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Kingmaker Casino accepts players aged 18 and over only. Every available measure is used to detect and prevent underage registration. Proof of age can be requested at any point, and if a player is found to be under the legal minimum, access is revoked immediately.
The nature of the internet means determined minors can sometimes find a way through. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use filtering software to reduce that risk. The following are worth looking at:
- CyberPatrol
- GamBlock®
- Solid Oak Software
- Net Nanny
