USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT

Each player may hold only one (1) personal account.

Where a player is found to have created multiple accounts, the Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close all such accounts and cancel any associated payouts. Players must not share access to their Player Account with any third party, including minors.

Any returns, winnings, or bonuses accrued through a duplicate account may be reclaimed by the Casino, and players are required to return any such funds already withdrawn upon demand.

The Website is strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial gain.

Players are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.

The Casino reserves the right to contact players by phone as part of the KYC verification process. Accounts and account activity may be suspended pending full verification. Where the Casino is unable to reach a player by phone within two (2) weeks of a withdrawal request, the account will be locked on the grounds of incomplete KYC.

ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

Kingmaker Casino maintains a strict anti-fraud policy and employs a range of tools and procedures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Where a player is suspected of any of the following, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Player Account and withhold all pending payouts:

participating in any type of collusion with other players; developing strategies designed to generate unfair winnings; committing fraudulent acts against other online casinos or payment providers; initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions; registering more than one account; engaging in low-risk roulette play by placing equal stakes on both black/red or even/odd, covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers on the table (note: betting black/red alone covers 36 of 37 possible numbers); any other form of cheating. Players who are declared bankrupt in their country of residence may also have their accounts terminated. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company, and no explanation will be provided to the player. Where required, the Company may report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.

In the event of a chargeback, the Casino reserves the right to:

charge the player an amount equivalent to their available account balance to offset resulting damages and costs; pursue additional financial losses by contacting the player through the details provided at registration; close the player's account and void any winnings connected to the disputed transaction. The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. Where a player is found to have attempted to exploit welcome offers or other promotions, the Casino reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings. This includes, but is not limited to:

use of stolen payment cards; chargebacks; opening multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits; submitting false registration details; providing forged or altered documents; any other conduct deemed damaging to the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to close a Player Account and return the remaining balance, net of any applicable withdrawal fees, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason or advance notice.

For account verification purposes, Kingmaker Casino requires identity documents (ID, payment method documentation, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic script. Where a player is unable to supply documents in either alphabet, the Casino may require a video verification session in which the player presents their documentation on camera.

The Casino reserves the right to withhold payments where there is reasonable suspicion of system manipulation. Any confirmed attempt to manipulate the Casino's systems may result in criminal proceedings. The Casino also reserves the right to modify or withdraw any games or events listed on the Website at any time.

If you become aware of any software errors or vulnerabilities, you are required to refrain from exploiting them and to report them to the Casino immediately. Failure to do so may result in the Casino seeking full compensation for any costs arising from the unreported issue.

All deposits must be wagered at least once (equal to the deposit amount) before a withdrawal can be processed. Where multiple deposits have been made without intervening play, the combined total must be wagered before withdrawal. In cases where money laundering or fraud is suspected, the Casino reserves the right to require deposits to be wagered a minimum of three (3) times before any withdrawal is approved.

Where the Casino is unable to contact a player by phone within two (2) weeks of a withdrawal request, the account will be locked due to incomplete KYC. Any winnings, whether from bonus play or real-money wagers, may be forfeited if the required KYC documentation is not provided in full within 40 days of the initial request.

Kingmaker Casino is not a financial institution and should not be treated as one. Player accounts do not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or fiat-to-crypto exchange services are provided.

DEPOSITING

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 or the equivalent in another supported currency. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Where a requested amount exceeds the limit of a given payment system, it will be processed in installments.

Before processing a withdrawal, the Casino may request verification documents (ID, payment method documentation, utility bills, etc.) in accordance with standard KYC procedures, even where documentation has previously been submitted. The Casino also reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while identity checks are carried out. Where false or incomplete personal data is provided, the withdrawal may be declined and the Player Account closed. Players will be notified of any such action, and the Casino may be required to report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Cards must not be corporate credit cards and must be issued in a supported country.

Even where a country is supported, the Casino cannot guarantee that all credit card transactions will be processed successfully, as issuing banks may block or decline payments at their own discretion.

The following maximum withdrawal limits apply:

4,000 EUR or equivalent per day, with the casino day running from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC; 10,000 EUR or equivalent per week, calculated from the date of the first successful payment within that week; 30,000 EUR or equivalent per month, calculated from the first calendar day of the month. All progressive jackpot wins are paid out in full, without limit.

As noted above, Kingmaker Casino is not a financial institution. No interest is applied to account balances, and no currency conversion or exchange services are available.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction in question, or within thirty (30) calendar days in cases where a player alleges that their account was accessed by another individual.

Where an account has been funded by credit card, the Casino reserves the right to process withdrawal requests up to the total deposited amount as refunds against those purchases. Any amount withdrawn beyond the total deposited will be paid via an alternative method.

Prior to processing a refund, all bonuses and winnings held in the account balance will be deducted.

Where credit card transactions are assessed as carrying unacceptable legal or security risk by the Casino or its payment processors, all such transactions will be refunded to the original credit card, and the relevant authorities and parties will be notified accordingly.

All costs associated with the refund process are borne by the player.

To initiate a refund request, contact the support team directly through the Website. Required documentation typically includes: a photo of valid ID, a photo or screenshot of the relevant payment method, and a photo or screenshot confirming the player's current address. Additional documents may be requested. The Casino reserves the right to conduct a phone verification as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. Where the Casino is unable to contact the player within two (2) weeks of the withdrawal request, the account will be locked. Refund payouts are generally processed within five to seven (5-7) banking days.

DORMANT ACCOUNTS

A Player Account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in or out for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Once an account is classified as dormant, the Casino reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of €25 (or the equivalent in another currency), or the remaining account balance if lower, for as long as the balance remains positive.

This fee will be debited from the Player Account at the start of the month following the date the account is classified as dormant, and at the start of each subsequent month that the account remains inactive. Deductions cease when the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

EXPIRY PERIOD

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms and Conditions or from a service provided by Kingmaker Casino must be submitted within one (1) year of the date on which the claim or cause of action arose.

COMPLAINTS

Players may contact the customer service team as directed on the Website to submit a complaint regarding any aspect of the Casino's services.

All complaints are handled by the support department and escalated within the Casino's organisation where they cannot be resolved at the first point of contact. Players will be kept reasonably informed of the status of their complaint throughout the process.

Complaints may only be submitted by the registered account holder. They may not be assigned, transferred, or sold to any third party.

Any complaint handed over to or pursued by a third party will be dismissed.

In the event of a dispute, server logs and records shall serve as the definitive authority in determining the outcome. Where a discrepancy exists between the result shown on a player's screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record will prevail. Players acknowledge that the Casino's records constitute the final authority regarding the terms and outcomes of all gaming activity.

Where the Casino needs to contact a player in connection with a dispute, it will do so using the contact details held on the Player Account.

NON TRANSFERABILITY

Claims arising from these Terms and Conditions, use of the Website, or participation in the games may not be assigned, pledged, or transferred in any form without the prior written consent of the Casino. This restriction applies to all assets of value associated with the Player Account, including but not limited to winnings, deposits, bets, and any related rights or claims. The prohibition extends to encumbrance, pledging, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifting, whether conducted independently or in cooperation with any fiduciary, third party, company, or legal entity.
